i understand people just want to try. but why can't start small?
been flaring up lately. i know i shouldn't do that. but i just did that.
especially not seeing any returns. hope to pull you out of it. why so stupid?
ah. flared up every day. restrain darkangel! if you were in my shoes, i think you would have helped me amicably. but i just got to get angry......

i ran 8km today! my timing was alright! if i could get this speed for the nike run, i would be more than happy =)
my knees are now aching.. and i still aim to complete 15 km more this week! jiayou jiayou. if my knees don't suffer any serious after effect, i will do it hehe..
looking forward to the W run. hehehehe. i don't want to spell it out. if not people can search my blog hehe..
